FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

His background is in public accounting, with extensive experience at leading firms Deloitte and Baker Tilly. He also has a proven track record as a financial analyst, specializing in financial forecasting and modeling. His work has focused on an array of clients, from small not-for-profit organizations to Fortune 500 public companies. He also served as a mortar section leader with Ohio-based 3rd Battalion, 25th Marines.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

With a career centered on operational excellence and customer experience, she has extensive program experience at The Henry Ford, hospitality experience at Dearborn, MI area restaurants, and management experience at Enterprise. She has a proven track record of managing operations, implementing policies that drive efficiency, and blending history with hospitality and customer experience.

CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER

With a background in the public sector, he has a proven track record in asset management, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure. His work has focused on administration, management, and data analysis of geographic information systems. Combined with his sales experience and years as a living historian, he is dedicated to all aspects of customer experience and facilities management.

Neeshant Parikh

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

With a strong foundation as an experienced finance leader, he has worked with leading firms Deloitte and PwC. His work has focused on financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. He has a proven track record of ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency, and brings unique experience in assurance technology, where he enhanced financial controls and reporting accuracy.

With a distinguished background in finance, his lending career culminated as a middle-market lender at Fifth Third Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition to his lending experience, he also served as CFO of a middle-market company and helped establish nonprofit centers for employee ownership in five different states.

He has a long and celebrated history as a leader in the global accommodations industry. As a co-founder and former CEO of RESIDE Worldwide, he was recognized for his innovative approach and received an Industry Impact Award from the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) for his visionary leadership.

CODY BELLAND

BOD Member

With a dual background as a senior tax manager and licensed attorney, he has extensive experience providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for both businesses and individuals. He is also an adjunct tax professor, a judge advocate in the U.S. Army Reserve, and a member of the MassCPAs Taxation Community.
