Major New Hospitality Development "Unsinkable Hotels" Planned for Columbus Opportunity Zone

Columbus is set to become the home port for a one-of-a-kind redevelopment project. Historical Hospitality Group, Inc. has announced Unsinkable Hotels, a landmark hospitality venture to be located in an Opportunity Zone.

This project is more than a hotel; it's a destination. Designed as a land-based replica of the RMS Titanic, Unsinkable will feature 52 lodging units, three distinct eateries, lounge facilities, and a spa and wellness center with recreational facilities.

The development is projected to generate strong property net operating income (NOI), driven by multiple revenue streams including hotel bookings, food and beverage sales, facilities rentals for weddings and conferences, gift shop sales, spa services, and exclusive club memberships.

With a timeline targeting construction from 2026 through late 2027, Unsinkable Hotels is poised to become a significant tourism magnet and a major employer, bringing a new level of themed upscale entertainment to the Columbus area.
